Relax! Easy to say, but it is hard to do. Relaxation is a skill that you can learn and practice.
Relaxation of body and mind allows you to get rid of stress, worries, fears,  tiredness of the day.
It allows us to nourish our body, mind, and soul so that we are ready to meet and enjoy the challenges of life.

There are different relaxation techniques and strategies.
I have explored different methods and found these items are the best ones that will suit you.

1.Music

Music has a positive effect on the body and has the power to transform stress into happiness, energy, and alertness.
You can read more about music and it's benefits on health in the article music health by Harvard health publishing. One of my favorite ways to listen to music is Spotify.

2.Diffusor

Diffusors use essential oils as aromatherapy by releasing the aroma of essential oil. With the help of Diffusers you use essential oils to promote good sleep, reduce stress. Research has shown that essential oils have an effect on the nervous system. As well as being calming some can provide all-important energy. Some of my favorite top essential oils for relaxation are lavender, Yang yang, geranium, bergamot. Check it here.

Take time for a long and hot relaxing bath session. All you need to do is to add a handful of these salts to your bath to infuse the water with all good and calming ingredients and help you to relax. Check it here.
