Ginger Jaggery Tea


There is no doubt about it Chai Point makes great ginger tea...but we can do better if we try.
With this simple recipe you will never have to over pay for a ginger tea again because you can enjoy one without leaving the comfort of your own home.When it is healthy to just make Tea without sweetener or use there replacement like honey,brown sugar or coconut sugar , I have just choosed here jaggery which makes the the tea little more healthy.

Ingredients

  • Tea powder:2 tsp
  • Jaggery powder: 4 tsp
  • Milk of  choice(Soya milk,alomond milk,milk)
  • Ginger:1 small piece
  • water :2 cups
Direction
1.Crush ginger and keep aside.

2.Boil water in a saucepan and add the tea powder to it  and let it simmer for couple of minutes.

3.Add the milk and simmer for couple of minutes and then add crushed ginger to it.

4.Stain with some jaggery powder in strainer in to a cup before filtering the tea in to it.
   Sip hot.
